A Dutch-speaking AI that runs the order desk for B2B technical wholesale.
Multi-tenant Next.js platform where sales reps converse with "Mike" — an AI that understands Dutch intent, walks them through structured order workflows, ingests incoming orders from email/PDF/DOCX, and connects to Mike Junior, a help desk assistant for company and product knowledge.
The client came with the product idea and starting designs. I worked with a product owner and, later, a senior developer who reviewed code quality and helped with implementation decisions; as the app grew, I gained more freedom over architecture, feature direction, and design execution.
What was getting in the way.
B2B sales reps needed a faster way to turn messy customer requests into orders, while company owners needed visibility into what was happening across the team. At the same time, staff needed a reliable way to ask questions about company and product knowledge without digging through scattered documents.
How I built around it.
GetMike handles Dutch order workflows, including product search and order intake from email/PDF/DOCX. Mike Junior runs as a help desk assistant over a configurable knowledge base. Around both assistants sits an admin panel where company owners can monitor operational activity, manage team invitations, connect email accounts, and build out the Mike Junior knowledge base.
